Sculpt, strengthen, and stretch with this invigorating Mat Pilates class! Designed to build core stability, improve posture, and enhance flexibility, each session combines precise movements with mindful breathing for a full-body workout. This low-impact yet effective routine will leave you feeling balanced, strong, and refreshed. IMPORTANT INFORMATION This is an individual session. As demand for the event is high, we prioritise full-day and half-day bookings. Places for individual sessions are allocated based on availability and will be confirmed manually at a later date. This event is a gift from MBS to the community and is free. MBS is a locally based charity, promoting global health and wellbeing and runs projects throughout the year. Clients may cancel a service up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. If a cancellation is made within this period, a full refund will be issued, minus a service charge of 20p. Bookings cancelled after 72 hours prior to the service will be charged in full.
