Service Description
A calming and creative session designed for children aged 8-10. Each week begins with gentle movement to help settle the body, followed by a relaxing guided visualisation-imagining peaceful scenes like nature walks or beach adventures. 💡🏖️ After the meditation, children will have the chance to reflect through simple writing and enjoy a relaxed group chat to share their experiences. 🌱 This nurturing session supports emotional wellbeing, boosts imagination, and helps children feel more grounded, calm and connected. 🗓️ Wednesdays | After class until 5:15pm 📍St Anne's Upper Primary School ---------------------------------------------------------- 🌟About MBS After-school programs 🌟 Program Arrangements: Our programs take place in your child’s school, ensuring a convenient and safe environment for them. Coaches will collect the children within the school gates and escort them to their sessions. 🗓️Collection times: 5:00 PM from lower primary schools 5:15 PM from upper primary schools. All children need to bring a healthy snack to keep them energized during their sessions. Children participating in physical activities like Zumba, Jiu-Jitsu, or Tai Chi should also bring P.E. clothes. Program Highlights 👶Holistic Development: Our program aims to nurture the whole child by integrating physical activities, creative expression, and mindfulness practices. 📜Qualified Instructors: All sessions are led by experienced and dedicated instructors who are passionate about child development and well-being. Each coach is vetted and has up-to-date first aid and safeguarding certifications. 💛Safe and Supportive Environment: We ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where every child can thrive and feel valued. 😜Engaging and Fun: Activities are designed to be engaging, fun, and age-appropriate, ensuring that children look forward to each session. 💷Affordability and Accessibility: We also offer sponsorship opportunities for those who need it, as we believe that all children should have access to our program. Cancellation Policy
Bookings for after-school programs are made on a per-term basis and are non-refundable. Cancellations are only considered in cases of medical necessity, supported by appropriate documentation. Each request will be reviewed individually by a designated staff member from MBS to determine eligibility for cancellation or refund.
