Service Description
Join Charlotte from Corelife_byCharlotte for a gentle workout. This class is specifically designed for mums and to help during the postpartum recovery. And yes - Baby is welcome too! This supportive, baby-friendly environment helps you rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body after birth. With a focus on pelvic floor, core stability, and mindful movement, each session is tailored to the postnatal journey. Bring your baby along in a carrier or on a mat beside you—no need for childcare, just connection, community, and movement. A few more things: All participants in any class must be in good physical condition and disclose any injuries or health concerns to the instructor before the session. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (or 10 weeks after a C-section) and have received medical clearance before joining. Babies must be under 12 months and remain under the parent/carer’s supervision at all times. Baby Attendance: Babies are welcome at Mummy Fitness sessions. Please bring a play mat, blanket, or baby carrier. Babies must remain with their parent/carer throughout the session. Parents are responsible for attending to their baby’s needs and are welcome to pause and rejoin the class as needed. The price includes a non-refundable 20p service fee.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a cancellation is made within this period, a full refund will be issued, minus a service charge of 20p. Bookings cancelled after 24 hours prior to the service will be charged in full.
