MORNING SESSION, EVENING SESSION AND 1:1 REIKI ARE FULLY BOOKED. -------- Come celebrate our collaborative GLOBAL event by joining MBS Workshops or the FULL DAY RETREAT! Morning Session - FULLY BOOKED: 10:30 - 11:15AM - Pilates with Charlotte 11:30 - 12:00PM - Mindset alignment & Goal setting with Monique 12:00 - 12:30PM - Shesensu with Susan **Two reiki sessions will also be available at the times below. These will have to be selected in the booking form on the next page. A spot is not guaranteed. If successful, you will be notified via email. - Reiki Session 1: Friday 10:30AM - BOOKED - Reiki Session 2: Friday 12:30PM - BOOKED 12:30 - 1.10PM - Healthy Lunch Afternoon Session: 1:15 - 2:15PM - Journal, breathwork & meditation with Emma T 2:30 - 3:40PM - Qi gong with Monira 3:40 - 4:00PM - Healthy Tea Evening Session - FULLY BOOKED: 4:00 - 4:30PM - Bollyfit with Priyana & Parissa 4:45 - 5:20PM - Yoga with Preesha 5:30 - 6:30PM - Deep emotional cleanse with Monique ----- Booking Options: - 1 session *Bookings are donation based. Suggested amounts will be available on the booking form. Clients will only be charged once their place at the event is guaranteed via a separate payment link. ----- Don't miss out on this great opportunity and request your opportunity to book! Please note that priority will be given to bookings for the full day and remaining spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis, based on availability of the timings. If you would like to assist to some sessions only but are available at different times, please specify in the booking form on the next page, as we may be able to allocate a different session in case your preferred timing becomes unavailable.
